By completing this application you are requesting assistance in paying your rent. All requests of this type are at the discretion of the Council and you do not have a mandatory right to this payment.
If you have already applied for a DHP during this financial year (April to March) this application will be forwarded to our debt management team who will offer you Personal Budgeting Support (PBS) and advice on managing your finances and budgeting. Until this happens this application will not be processed, no payment will be made and no further applications will be accepted.
To complete your application you must include a completed Income and Expenditure form
