Craft & Gift Speciality Fair application form to register for Sunday 3 December 2023

We are delighted to announce that planning is once again underway for this popular event.

This form allows you to apply for a stall at the Christmas Craft and Gift Fair in Aylesbury Market Square on Sunday 3 December, from 11am to 4pm.

The cost per stall is £40 plus VAT.

You will need to provide your own gazebo and any tables and chairs. A standard booking is for a 3m by 3m area. If you need a larger space, please contact econdev@buckinghamshire.gov.uk to discuss, but please note there will be an additional charge.

As part of this booking we require you to supply details of the products you wish to sell at the Christmas Craft and Gift Fair. All product ranges must be crafts and/or gifts. We will only allow a maximum of three stalls selling the same product range (i.e. only three jewellery stalls) and we will allocate these in order of response. Existing traders on Aylesbury market are welcome to apply, subject to the products being sold matching the criteria for this particular event.

All stallholders are required to supply evidence of public liability insurance, for a minimum of £5m. Any stall selling food or drink will also need to supply food hygiene certificates and evidence of registration with a local authority.

Franchised businesses please note, that we will only offer a space to the first person who responds from each brand.

Stalls will be allocated prior to the day of the event and stallholders will be notified of their stall position. Stalls and product displays must be set up by 10.30am and no vehicles will be allowed on Market Square after 10am. Products cannot be packed away before the event closes at 4pm.

If your booking is unsuccessful, for example, because the event is full, the product you wish to sell does not match the criteria set for this event or the number of requests for a specific product type has been reached, we will notify you and your payment will be refunded.

We are unable to refund your payment for non attendance or cancellations within 10 working days of the event date.

Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
