Christmas Craft & Gift Speciality Fair Application Form

*Update 16/10/17 - If you wish to book a stall, you will need to supply your own 3m x 3m gazebo for the event as these can no longer be supplied*

This form allows you to apply for a market stall for the Christmas Craft & Gift Speciality Fair in Aylesbury Market Square on Sunday 3 December. Each stall (3m x 3m) comes with cover, one table and one chair. You may request additional tables and chairs using the form below, if required.

Please note that there is only limited space available, and stalls will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please be aware that the system may take payment for stalls after the market has become full. Should this occur, we will notify you and refund your payment within 5 working days.

Please supply full details of the products you wish to sell on the market - please note that all products must be crafts and / or gifts.
We will only allow a maximum of three stalls selling the same product range (i.e. only three jewellery stalls) and will be allocating these in order of response.
Franchised businesses please note that we will only offer a space to the first person who responds from each brand.

Please note we have now reached full capacity of jewellery stall bookings and are unable to take anymore.

If your booking is unsuccessful your payment will be refunded to you within 5 working days of your application being received.

Please note we are unable to refund your payment for non attendance or cancellations within 10 working days of the event date.
