Christmas Craft & Gift Speciality Fair Application Form

Bookings are now open for Sunday 1 December 2019

This form allows you to apply for a stall for the Christmas Craft & Gift Speciality Fair in Aylesbury Market Square on Sunday 1 December. Each stall (3m x 3m) comes with a cover. You may request tables and chairs using the form below, if required.

Please note that there is only limited space available, Stalls will be allocated by the Town Centre Management team according to maximising the look of the event and the accessibility. Please be aware that the system may take payment for stalls after the market has become full. Should this occur, we will notify you and refund your payment within 5 working days.

Please supply full details of the products you wish to sell on the market - please note that all products must be crafts and/or gifts.
We will only allow a maximum of three stalls selling the same product range (i.e. only three jewellery stalls) and will be allocating these in order of response.

Franchised businesses please note that we will only offer a space to the first person who responds from each brand.

If your booking is unsuccessful your payment will be refunded to you within 5 working days of your application being received.

We are unable to refund your payment for non attendance or cancellations within 10 working days of the event date.
